4.1 The fund shall be a self-governing and organized body with inalienable succession. 4.2 All the work of the fund shall have its own seal for the purpose of action. 4.3 The seal and emblem of the Fund shall be as decided by the Council. 4.4 The fund may purchase, acquire, use, sell or otherwise arrange for movable and immovable property such as individuals. 4.5 The fund can file a complaint against the individual and the fund can also be filed against the fund in the same name.
